Dean Rosenthal (1974) is an American composer who writes instrumental and electrocoustic music. His music has been called "thorny" and "modernist" (New Yorker) although much of it isn't, like this music. He is broadcast, performed, and choreographed widely and frequently. He is currently at work on an oral history of experimental music in the United States for Oxford University Press.
